Roy Almond Stephens

  Roy Almond Stephens, 21, of Woodville, Texas, died Aug. 25, at
9:15 a.m., of an extended illness. Services were held Aug. 27, in
the Prospect Methodist Church, with the Rev. L. E. Milem in
charge. Interment was in the Prospect Cemetery, at 11 a.m.

  Mr. Stephens was survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L.
Stephens of Woodville; two brothers, Alvin, and Dennis, both of
Woodville; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Stephens
of Florien; and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Trudie Corley, also
of Florien.

  Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home
of Many.
