Dewey Henry Stoker

  Funeral services for Dewey Henry Stoker, 96, of Many, were held
at 10 a.m., March 24, at Fort Jesup Baptist Church.

  Officiating were Rev. Wayne Hicks, and Rev. Arthur Haymon.
Interment was in Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Stoker passed away on March 21, 1995, in Many.

  Mr. Stoker was born on July 24, 1898, in Many, to Janie Cutrer
and Henry Stoker.

  Survivors include his widow, Bertie Stoker of Many; one son,
Julian Stoker of Richardson, Tex.; one brother, R. J. Stoker of
Baton Rouge; five grandchildren; fourteen grandchildren?; six
great-great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Randy Stoker, Danny Savell, Patrick Packwood,
Greg Eames, Virgil Jackson, and Bobby Stoker.
