R. D. Stoker

  Roy D. Stoker, 86, died in Many, June 25, at 7:15 p.m. Cause of
death was due to an extended illness.

  Services were held at the Central Baptist Church, with interment
at the Central Cemetery, June 26, at 3 p.m. The Rev. Ray
Penfield, and the Rev. Ralph Stevens officiated.

  Pallbearers were Howard Colston, Willie Bell, Dewey Stoker, Ted
Hodges, Larry Greer, and John Varnado.

  Surviving relatives are his two sisters, Mrs. Lula Lyddy of Ft.
Jesup, and Mrs. Kate Lawton of Alexandria; and a number of nieces
and nephews.
