Washington Stutts

  Washington Gilbert Stutts, 82, died Tuesday, June 3, in a
Pleasant Hill hospital, after a brief illness.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 4, in the Pleasant Hill
Baptist Church. Burial was in Old Town cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

  Survivors are his wife; one brother, B. R. Stutts of Pleasant
Hill; four sons, Larry Stutts, and Earl Stutts, both of Pleasant
Hill, Chester Stutts of Shreveport, and Jessie Stutts of Buris;
four daughters, Mrs. Almer Savell of Shreveport, Mrs. Hugh Brown
of Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Leon Kirkland, and Mrs. John Ballard of
Province; 34 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
