The Sabine Index - Mrs. Virginia Stutts

  13 Apr 1956 - Funeral services were held for Mrs. Virginia
Stutts of Pioneer, La., age 65 years, Wednesday, March 28 at New
Prospect Baptist church, directed by Gay's funeral home of Oak
Grove. Rev. I. J. Blackman assisted by Rev. Jim Matthews,
conducted the services. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs.
Ruby Eleam of California; Pearl Worley of Pioneer; six sons,
Floyd Stutts, Curtis Stutts, Luther Stutts, all of Pioneer;
Sidney Stutts of Bastrop, J. J. Stutts, Jr., of California; and
Willard Stutts of North Dakota, 20 grandchildren, three brothers,
Sam Murray of Minden, Cullie Murray of Caspiana; Horace Murray of
Baton Rouge; three sisters, Minnie Graves of Bastrop; Elizabeth
Stutts of Pleasant Hill; Mary VIckry of Baton Rouge and a host of
nephews and nieces.
