The Sabine Index - James G. Stalder

  8 Feb 1957 - Last rites for James G. Stalder, 72, of Converse,
who died Thursday, Jan. 31 was conducted at First Baptist church,
Converse Friday, Feb. 1, with Rev. L. H. Heartfield of Grand Cane
officiating. Burial was in Grand Cane cemetery.

  Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Stalder, four sons,
Paul of Winton-Salem, N. C., Ted of Houston Lewis of Overton,
Texas., Joe of U. S. Marines. Three daughters, Mrs. E. D.
McDonald, Thelma of Shreveport, Nancy Jo Ann of Shreveport, and
one sister, Miss Edith Stalder of Marion, Ind., and six
grandchildren.
