Johnnie N. Shadoin

  Johnnie N. Shadoin, 80, of Converse, died Monday, June 18, in a
Mansfield hospital, after a long illness.

  Services were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, in Drewett
Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Martin J. Salisbury
officiating. Burial followed in Benson Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, A. J. Shadoin of Converse; five
sons, Henry Shadoin, and John Shadoin, both of Converse, Dr.
Bernard Shadoin of Monroe, Ben Shadoin of Orange, Texas, and
George Shadoin of Many; four daughters, Mrs. B. E. Mabry of
Shreveport, Mrs. T. W. Cobb of Mansfield, Mrs. Robert Ragsdale of
White Oak, Texas, and Mrs. Charles Mondello of New Orleans; one
brother, Burbett Norwood of Converse; one sister, Mrs. Alabama
Austin of Mansfield; 20 grandchildren; and four great
grandchildren.
