Mr. Earnest Ray Stanfield (Photo)

  Mr. Earnest Ray Stanfield, 66, of Zwolle, died Tuesday, Dec. 19,
2000, at Schumpert Medical Center.

  Mr. Stanfield was born June 24, 1934, in Sabine Parish. He
married Wilma Nichols Stanfield on March 31, 1966. He attended
Midway Baptist Church.

  Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 22, at Midway Baptist
Church, with interment following at Many Cemetery. The Rev.
Vernon Stephenson officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Wilma Stanfield of Zwolle; two
daughters, Goldie Stanfield Helmer of Sulphur, and Angie Faye
Stanfield Anderson of New Orleans; one brother, Earl Ray
Stanfield of Lake Charles; one grandson, Dustin Helmer of
Sulphur; one granddaughter, Angel McNair of Zwolle, and a host of
nieces and nephews.

  Mr. Stanfield was preceded in death by his parents, William West
Stanfield, and Goldie Stanfield.
