The Sabine Index - Mrs. Stanly

  6 Aug 1943 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Stanly, age 80 years,
were held last Friday at 10 o'clock at Castor church, three miles
east of Leesville. Rev Monroe Roberts of Provencal officiated,
Dennis-Green funeral home in charge of funeral, interment in
Castor cemetery.

  Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Doss Nash of Many, Mrs.
Bessie Boswell of Montrose, Mrs. Maudie Gandy of Bellwood, Mrs.
Alice Roberson of Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Florence Pardue of
DeRidder; three sons, John and Willie Stanly of Leesville, Edgar
Stanly of Bellwood; 20 grandchildren and several
great-grandchildren.
