The Sabine Index - Mrs. Josie Stewart

  19 Aug 1949 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Josie Stewart, 52, who
died suddenly at her home near Robeline, were conducted at Mount
church by Rev. Willie Prothro, assisted by Rev. J. S. Todd.
Interment followed under direction Massingill funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include, husband, Ed Stewart, Robeline;
daughters, Mrs. Edith McDaniel, Robeline, Mrs. Mavis Jenkins,
Oberlin, Miss Doris Steward, Florien, and Miss Eddie Lou Steward,
Robeline; sons, Preston Steward, Robeline; brothers, Charlie
Crenshaw, Many; sisters, Mrs .Myrtle Beard, Robeline, Mrs. Velma
Brummett. Quitaque, Texas and Mrs. Amy Fletcher of Many.
