Florence Leach Stewart

  Mrs. Florence Leach Stewart, 97, of Florien, died in Heritage
Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, August 6, at 10:20 a.m.,
following an extended illness.

  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Celest Mahaffey of Florien;
seven grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church of
Florien on Tuesday, August 8, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Delman Rogers,
and the Rev. Fred Cory officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
