The Sabine Index - George Jackson Stroud

  15 Jul 1955 - Funeral services for George Jackson Stroud, 52,
who passed away at Pineville Tuesday, July 12 was conducted at
Ebenezer Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, with rev.
R. L. Brown officiating assisted by Rev. Homer Burr.

  Interment was in Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors are his father M. J. Stroud, Florien,
brother, Larice Stroud of Shreveport, half-sister, Mrs. Maxine
Iles of Lake Charles, Aunt, Mrs. J. E. Watson of Kilgore, Uncle
Alex Stroud of Tyler.
