C. W. Williams and Rev. Ernest Lilley officiating, funeral directed by Dennis-Green funeral home, interment Siloam cemetery. Surviving: wife, Mary Lee Stroud; two daughters, Ethel and Louise; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Stroud; two brothers, Raymond of Camp Blanding, Roy of Negreet; two sisters, Mrs. Daisy Anthony and Mrs. Jewel Salter of Negreet. Mr. Stroud was killed accidently Saturday evening. He had gone to feed his hogs; while climbing a rail fence his gun was accidently discharged.
