Leona C. Stewart

  Funeral services for Mrs. Leona C. Stewart of Florien, were held
Friday, July 22, at 2 p.m., at Cenchrea Nazarene Church, with
Bros. Bill Mercer, Lowell Bell, and Mack Brister officiating.
Burial followed at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Services were under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Stewart died at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport on
Wednesday, July 20, at the age of 82.

  She is survived by her husband, Clarence J. Stewart of Florien;
one daughter, Marie Lee of Okla. City, Okla.; three sons, Horace
C. Stewart of Florien, Kenneth C. Stewart of Bethany Okla., and
Alex Wayne Stewart, Many; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great
grandchildren.
