Kelly Stewart

  Mr. Kelly Stewart, 68, of Florien, died March 9, in Florien,
after a sudden illness.

  Funeral services were held March 11, at 2 p.m., in the United
Pentecostal Church of Hornbeck, with the Rev. Doyle Carpenter
officiating. Burial was in the Florien Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Gertie Mae Stewart of Florien; three
daughters, Mrs. Willie Mae Cutren of Zachary, Mrs. Bettie Jean
McCormic, and Billie Jean Stewart, both of Florien; one brother,
Curtis Stewart of Florien; a half brother, L. R. Chance of
Hornbeck; two half sisters, Mrs. Irene Brown of Hornbeck, and
Mrs. Illa Blackwell of Simpson; eight grandchildren; and one
great grandchild.
