Mrs. O. Strahan 
  
  Mrs. Orene O. Strahan, 70, of Belmont, died at Mansfield, 
Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 2:15 p.m., after an extended illness. 
  
  Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m., in the 
Lewis Chapel Pentecost Church near Belmont, with the Rev. Barney 
Cabra, and the Rev. Rodney Duron officiating. Interment was in 
the Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows 
Funeral Home. 
  
  Survivors are three sons, Tommie Strahan of Many, Clarence 
Strahan of Belmont, and Charles Strahan of Marthaville; three 
daughters, Mrs. Elsie Mains of Many, Mrs. Della Randolph of 
Shreveport, and Mrs. Shirley Sattler of Belmont; one sister, Mrs. 
Elva Collins Cutrer of Many; 18 grandchildren, and nine great 
grandchildren. 
  
  Mrs. Strahan was a lifelong resident of Sabine Parish.
