The Sabine Index - J. M. Stringer

  1 Dec 1944 - Last rites for J. M. Stringer, age 79 years,
were held last Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. from the Baptist church at
old Pleasant Hill. Rev. G. J. Jones of Hornbeck officiated,
Massingill funeral home in charge.

  Surviving are: wife, and six children, Mrs. L. W. Gentry, Mrs.
Alice Stuckey, Miss Gene Stringer, all of Tallulah, Mrs. E. L.
Scarbrough, Natchitoches, two sons, Myers and Jason Stringer of
Beaumont, Texas.
