Lucy Strahan

  Mrs. Lucy Strahan, 78, of Florien, died on Monday, May 8, at
12:45 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include her brother, H. C. Johnson of Bridge City; two
sisters, Mrs. Rena Webb of Noble, and Mrs. Zelma Sandel of
Florien; and numerous nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Noble Pentecostal Church on
Tuesday, May 9, at 1 p.m. The Rev. Milen, and the Rev. C. W.
Hagan officiated. Burial was in the Noble Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were her nephews.
