Robert C. Strahan

  Funeral services for Robert C. Strahan of Belmont, were held on
Oct. 22, at the Lewis Chapel Church. Mr. Strahan, 56, died on
Monday, Oct. 20, at the V. A. Hospital in Shreveport, following
an extended illness.

  Mr. Strahan is survived by his wife, Mrs. Theresia Strahan of
Belmont; 1 son, Bobby Joe Strahan of Belmont; 1 daughter, Deborah
Vines, Belmont; 2 brothers, Tommy Lee Strahan of Many, and
Charles Plening Strahan of Conroe, Tex.; 3 sisters, Elsie Rains
of Many, Della Randolph of Shreveport, and Shirley Sattler of
Shreveport; and 1 grandson.

  Burial was held in the Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home, with the Rev. Willis Greer, the Rev.
Barney Cabra, and the Rev. Rodney Duron officiating.
