Strahan Thomas Leffie Strahan, 75, of Marthaville, died April 28, in a Many hospital, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held in the Evening Light Tabernacle Church, April 30, with the Rev. William Palmer officiating. Burial was in the Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include his wife, Valley Strahan of Marthaville; one son, Paul Strahan of Marthaville; five daughters, Mrs. Fred Lewis of Shreveport, Mrs. Robert Kowalski of Lincoln Park, Mich., Mrs. Byron Palmer of Macon, Ga., Mrs. Barney Cabra of Many, and Miss Judy Strahan of Marthaville; one brother, B. F. Strahan of Marthaville; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Singletary of Marthaville, and Mrs. M. D. Scott of Natchitoches; and 11 grandchildren.
