Johnnie H. Salley

  Services for Mr. Johnnie H. Salley, 72, of Shreveport, were held
at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 15, at the Wellman Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Floyd Durham, Chaplain of Veterans Medical Center,
officiated. Burial was in Forest Park West Cemetery.

  He died Friday, Dec. 12, at L. S. U. Medical Center.

  Mr. Salley was a retired salesman of business supplies. He was a
native of Belmont, and a Baptist.

  Survivors include three sisters, Eloise Mancil, Belmont, Eleanor
Mitchell, Many, Inez Walker, Baytown, Tx.; two brothers, W. E.
Salley, Shreveport, Charlie Salley, Converse, and several nieces
and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Al Simmons, Mitch Osborn, Robert E. Bolton, C.
K. Riley, H. J. House, and Wilbur Wooley.
