The Sabine Index - Minnie Self 
  
  10 Dec 1948 - Mrs. Minnie Self, age 50, passed away at the home 
of her sister of Many. Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. 
Saturday from Mt. Carmel church near Florien by Rev. Herny T. 
Isgitt of Converse. Interment followed under direction Massingill 
funeral home. Pallbearers were Kermit Herrington, Leroy Williams, 
Oscar Lee, Ben Rials, Bernice Self, Fletcher Cobb and Anthony 
Isgitt. 
  
  Surviving relatives include; sons, Norman Beason, Marshall, 
Texas, Gorman Beason, Beaumont, Texas, Ivery Beason, Roswell, N. 
M.; brothers, John Self, Silsbee, Texas, Willie Self, Florien, 
Frank Self, Provencal, Edward Self, Many; sisters, Mrs. Rena Lee, 
Many, Mrs. Alice Williams, Warren, Texas, Mrs. Artie Knippers, 
Many, Mrs. Edna Knippers, Provencal.
