The Sabine Index - J. N. Self

  13 Dec 1957 - Funeral services for J. N. Self, age 78, who died
at his home near Florien, Monday, Dec. 9 was conducted at Florien
Baptist church at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11 with Rev. J. W.
Reynaud and Rev. Sid Newman officiating. Interment was in Mt.
Carmel cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. J. N. Self, step-children, Carl Bush
of Florien, Julian Bush of Sulphur, Mrs. T. L. Lilly of Hornbeck,
Mrs. S. Branch of DeRidder, Mrs. W. R. Turner of Florien, sister,
Mrs. J. F. Roberson of Hornbeck; eight grandchildren and 2
great-grandchildren.
