Jerry Self

  Funeral services for Jerry Dale Self, 28, of Silsbee, Tex., were
held Saturday, Feb. 9, at 2 p.m., in Farmer Funeral Home. Burial
followed in Franks Branch Cemetery.

  Self died Thursday, at 11:30 a.m. in Methodist Hospital in
Houston. He was the owner of Jerry's Outboard, and had been a
resident of Silsbee for 23 years.

  Survivors include his wife, Judy Self of Silsbee; three sons,
John, Paul, and Coleman Self, all of Silsbee; two daughters,
Cheryl, and Rebekah Self, both of Silsbee; his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. John D. Self of Fred; one brother, F. C. Self of Silsbee,
and one sister, Mrs. Johnnie Cothern of Baton Rouge, La.

  Local relatives include three aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs.
Claude Sneed of Many, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. McKinney, and Mr. and
Mrs. A. G. Weldon, both of Florien, and other relatives in the
Peason community.
