Mrs. Eula Self

  Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Self, 90, will be held at the
Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel today, Wednesday, Sept. 29, at 10
a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Jerry Penfield. Burial will
follow at the Zwolle Cemetery, with Father Danny Walsh
officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Self died on Monday, Sept. 27, at 7:40 a.m., at the
Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

  She is survived by one son, Rufus Self of Zwolle; four
daughters, Lydia Craig of Zwolle, Helen Cates of Longview, Texas,
Rachel Aaron of Zapata, Tex., and Mary Aaron of Zapata, Tex.; one
sister, Lois Hardy of Ashland, Kentucky; one brother, Leon
Stephens of Woodville, Tex.; 26 grandchildren; a host of great
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Self; three
sons, Edward F. Self Jr., Elmer Self, and Paul Self; and one
special angel, Joy Self.
