Mrs. Margarette Lorenza Self

  Margarette Lorenza Self, 85, died Nov. 22, 2001, at Byrd
Regional Hospital in Leesville.

  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Nov. 24, at Rose-Neath
Chapel in Many, with interment following at Ft. Jesup Cemetery.
The Rev. Durhl Davis officiated, and the Rev. Homer Fondren
assisted.

  Survivors include one son, Gilbert Self of Oakdale; three
daughters, Sybil Grizzle of Maypearle, Texas, Bennie Sue Lingle
of Florien, and Judi McRae of Anacoco; two sisters, Cecil Birch
of Waco, Texas, and Eula Sturch of Fort Worth, Texas; one
brother, Walter Seller of Fort Worth, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 29
great grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.

  Mrs. Self was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Self.

  Pallbearers were James Grizzle, Casey Lane Grizzle, Keith
Richardson, Tim Mitchell, Kenneth Ray Dillard, Martin Dwayne
Lingle, Michael Dean Lingle, Joseph Suhar, and Shawn Kelsey.
