Mrs. Ruth Cook Slaybaugh

  27 Jan 1993 - Services for Mrs. Ruth Cook Slaybaugh, 74 were
held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 20, 1993 at Antioch Baptist
Church. Burial will be held in Antioch Cemetery under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Cook died Sunday, January 17, 1993 at Bossier Medical
Center.

  She is survived by one son, Robert Slaybaugh of Independence,
Mo., two daughters, Janet Louise Slaybaugh of Baton Rouge, La.,
Shelia Woods of Bossier City, La, one sister, Ruby Hampton of
Naples, Texas, one brother Louis Cook of Florien, La. and four
grandchildren.
