Ruth Cook Slaybough

  Services for Mrs. Ruth Cook Slaybough, 74, of Bossier City, La.,
were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1993, in Antioch Baptist
Church. Burial was held in Antioch Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Slaybough died Sunday, Jan. 17, 1993, at Bossier Medical
Center in Bossier City.

  She is survived by one son, Robert Slaybough of Independence,
Mo.; two daughters, Janet Louise Slaybough of Baton Rouge, La.,
and Shelia Woods of Bossier City, La.; one sister, Ruby Hampton
of Naples, Tex.; one brother, Louis Cook of Florien, La.; and
four grandchildren.
