The Sabine Index - Mrs. Mellissia Sales

  14 Apr 1944 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Mellissia Sales, age 66,
were held at 2 p.m. last Thursday at Anacoco. Rev. Allen Martin
officiated, Dennis-Green funeral home in charge.

  Surviving are husband, W. J. Sales of Gandy; four sons, Monroe,
Lloyd, James and Alfred Martin, all of Gandy; two daughters, Mrs.
Nizzie Bolton of Burkeville, Texas, Mrs. Tessie Rogers of Gandy;
brother, Willie Killit of Anacoco and 15 grandchildren.
