Blanda P. Solice

  Blanda Procell Solice, 63, of Robeline, died Saturday, Nov. 3,
in the Natchitoches hospital, after a sudden illness.

  A rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 4, in the
Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel of Coushatta, with the Rev.
Chenevert officiating. Services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday,
Nov. 5, in St. Ann Catholic Church, with burial following in the
church cemetery near Allen.

  Survivors include her husband, Walter Solice of Robeline; one
daughter, Verta Allums of Shreveport; one brother, Abb McPherson
of Shreveport; two sisters, Ethel Possoit of Natchitoches, and
Ida Perot of Campti; three grandchildren, and two great
grandchildren.
