Y. Lennon officiating. A Rosary was said at 7:30, Monday night in the Warren Meadows Chapel. Interment was in St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors include two sons, Dan Silas of Jeanerette, and Lee Silas of Keatchie; five daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Rushton, and Elizabeth Casey, both of Bossier City, Mrs. Lucille Procell, both of Many, and Mrs. Dorothy Spears of Hemphill, Tex.; 36 grandchildren; and 49 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were his grandsons.
