Gary Lynn Slaughter (Photo)

  Mr. Gary Lynn Slaughter, 25, of Florien, died in a tragic
accident in Florien, at 3 p.m., on Jan. 27, 1986.

  Services were held at Ebenezer Baptist Church, at 2 p.m., on
Jan. 29, with Revs. Kenneth Leach, Sr., and F. M. Belsha
officiating. Burial was in Siloam Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by his loving wife, Anita Slaughter of Florien;
one son, Tony Slaughter of Florien; two daughters, Michelle and
Melissa Slaughter of Florien; his parents, Johnny and Francis
Slaughter of Many; paternal grandmother, Vera Slaughter; and
maternal grandmother, Mavis Byrd of Pitsburg, California.
