Tony Maurice Slaughter

  Services for Tony Maurice Slaughter, 15, were held at 2 p.m.,
Sunday, September 9, at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Interment
followed in Siloam Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Deloach, Rev. Kenneth Leach,
Rev. F. M. Belsha officiated.

  Tony died in a car accident in Mt. Carmel, at 12:20, September
6.

  He is survived by his mother, Anita Slaughter; two sisters,
Anita Mitchell Slaughter, and Melissa Lane Slaughter, all of
Florien; maternal grandparent Charlcie Bray of Many; paternal
grandparents, Johnny and Frances Slaughter of Many; great
paternal grandmother, Vera Slaughter of Many, and maternal great
grandmother, Edna Mae Foster of Florien.

  He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Slaughter.
