Robert S. Salter

  Robert Salter, 93, died Friday, Feb. 19, following a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb 21, in the First Baptist
Church, with the Rev. Perry Lassiter officiating. Burial was in the Old
Pleasant Hill Cemetery, with Masonic graveside services, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Sidney M. Epie of Lafayette, and Mrs.
Omega Pearce of Many; ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

  Pallbearers were Masons of the Many Masonic Lodge, Kenneth Dew, Franklin
Dew, the Rev. Johnnie Rhodes, Harlon Wright, William J. Snell, and Edwin Teal.
