The Sabine Index - Ella B. Salter 
  
  14 May 1948 - Mrs. Ella B. Salter, age 53, died at an Alexandria 
hospital. Funeral rites were conducted at Negreet Baptist church 
10 a.m. Saturday by Rev. W. M. Greer. Interment followed under 
direction Massingill funeral home. 
  
  Surviving relatives include daughter, Mrs. Nanie Jean Messina, 
Colorado Springs, Colo, brothers, Charlie and Sam Baldwin, Many; 
mother Mrs. Sarah E. Baldwin, Many; step-children, Mrs. Lottie 
Wright, Baton Rouge, Willie Salter, Negreet, Mrs. Ola Wedgeworth, 
Amarillo, Texas, Warney Salter, Alco, Waverly Salter, 
Harrisonburg, Julian Salter, Belmont.
