The Sabine Index - Mrs. Beedia Salter

  7 Nov 1974 - Mrs. Beedia Salter, 72, of Florien, died in
DeRidder on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 3:30 a.m. following an extended
illness.

  Mrs. Salter is survived by her son, Kile Salter of Florien; two
brothers, Delos Miller and Luddie Miller, both of Florien; three
sisters, Mrs. Lurline Babineaux of Metarie, Mrs. Faye Campbell of
Shreveport and Mrs. Maude Curtis of Many; four grandchildren and
five great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held on Friday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m. in the
Florien Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Dunn and the Rev.
Mack Brister officiating.

  Burial was in the Florien Cemetery under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Joe Salter, Will Watts, Larry Miller, Wayne
Turner, Jodie Anderson, and Melvin Miller.
