The Sabine Index - Thomas Ray Salter

  15 May 1959 - Funeral services for Thomas Ray Salter, age 69,
who died May 8 were conducted at First Baptist church, Many, at 2
p.m. May 10 with Rev. W. H. Rose and Rev. R. L. Green
officiating. Interment was in Antioch cemetery under the
direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Survivors are wife, Mrs. T. R. Salter of Many; son, Willard
Salter of Marion; daughters, Mrs. Hazel McAlpin of Texarkana,
Mrs. Heloise Williamson of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Maxine DuBose of
Keesler Field, Miss, brothers, Lee Salter of Many, Victor Salter
of Beaumont, Julian Salter of Port Arthur, five grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were J. D. Salter, J. B. Salter, J. Clayton Salter,
Neil Salter and Victor Salter, Jr.
