Josie L. Salter

  Mrs. Josie L. Salter, 93, of Florien, died in the Fraser
Hospital, Wednesday, May 10, at 5:10 a.m., after an extended
illness.

  Survivors include three sons, Woodrow Salter of Zwolle, P. R.
Salter, Jasper, Texas, and Howard Salter of Florien; one sister,
Mrs. Curtie Salter of Florien; 10 grandchildren, 21 great
grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

  Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m., in the Antioch
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Don Nunley officiating. Interment
will be in the Antioch Baptist Church, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
