V. H. "Chick" Salter (Photo)

  Mr. V. H. "Chick" Salter, age 79, died in Heritage Manor Nursing
Home in Many, on Sunday, Aug. 10, 1986, at 3:45 a.m.

  "Uncle Chick", as he was so fondly called, is survived by one
sister, Lona Belle Anthony of Texarkana, Ark., and a host of
nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

  Services were held at the First Baptist Church in Zwolle, on
Monday, Aug. 11, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Bill Hoffman, and the
Rev. Lee Dickson officiating. Interment was in the Zwolle
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
