Mrs. Billie June Salter

  Mrs. Billie June Salter, 52, died at Schumpert Medical Center,
Shreveport, La., on Jan. 19, 1989.

  Services were conducted at Alford Heights Baptist Church, on
Friday, Jan. 20, 1989, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Dean Crittenden
officiating. Burial was at Jerusalem Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Gene C. Salter of Many; one son,
Gregory Ross Salter of Grand Prairie, Tex.; two daughters,
Deborah Gean Crittenden of Many, and Rebecca June Arthur of
Florien; four grandchildren, Matthew Crittenden, Courtney
Crittenden, Megan Salter, and Cody Arthur; and a host of nieces
and nephews.

  Pallbearers included Butch Salter, Phil Salter, Seth Key, Ray
Salter, Benny Rhodes, and Jimmie Lemoine.

  Honorary pallbearers included David Bray, Emmitt Manasco, A. B.
Crittenden, Harvey Arthur, Bill Alford, John Skinner, and Johnny
Lefeat.
