Glen F. Salter

  12 Feb 1992 - Funeral services for Glen F. Salter, 63, were held
Thursday, Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. at Fisher First Baptist Church.
Officiating was Rev. Earl Marr and Rev. Travis McCullough.
Interment followed in Fisher Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Salter died Tuesday, Feb. 4 at Schumpert Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  He is survived by two sons, Glen Salter, Jr. of Garland, Tx, and
Robert Salter of Fisher; one daughter, Wanda Pennington of
Florien; his mother Mary Eulalie Salter of Fisher; a cousin, Mrs.
Maurice Neil of Van, Tx; and four granddaughters.

  Pallbearers were Doyle Baron, R. W. Colquitt, Benny Firesheets,
Dutch Geral Soileau and Bucky Slay. Honorary pallbearers included
Kenny Arthur, Pete Anderson, J. S. Pickett, Jr., Lewis Craft,
Eddie Quinn, Al McCurdy, Melton Wright, Dr. R. J. Oosta and
Bobbie Williams.
