Fred Salter

  Funeral services for Mr. Fred Salter, 77, were held at 2 p.m.,
Sunday, May 20, at the Warren Meadows Chapel. Interment followed
in the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home. Rev. Howard Arnold officiated.

  Mr. Salter passed away at the Sabine Medical Center in Many, on
Friday, May 18.

  He is survived by three daughters, Norma Scoggins of Bryan,
Texas, Sudie Kay of Bridge City, Texas, and Shirley Lanclos of
Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Homer Salter of Bossier City, and
Monroe Salter of Many; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great
grandchildren.
