Ella Bea Mahaffey Salter

  Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Bea Mahaffey Salter, 71, were
held at 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26, at the Warren Meadows Chapel in
Many. Interment followed in the Florien Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Salter passed away in Atlanta, Texas, Thursday, Oct. 25.

  She is survived by two daughters, Betty Salter of Pearland,
Texas, and Kathy Childs of Atlanta, Texas; two brothers, Claude
Mahaffey of Bossier City, and Bill Mahaffey of Florien; two
sisters, Estelle Maines of Florien, and Delphine Mixon of
Shreveport; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a
host of nieces and nephews.

  She is preceded in death by a son, Joe Salter. In lieu of
flowers, please send donations to the Cancer Treatment at the
Schumpert Medical Center.
