Mrs. Christelle Salter

  Funeral services for Mrs. Christelle Salter were held at 3 p.m.,
Sunday, May 21, 1995, at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel.

  The Rev. Johnny Garrett, and the Rev. Glynn Howard officiated.
Burial was in the Belmont Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Salter died on Friday, May 19, in Shreveport.

  Mrs. Salter was born August 27, 1907, in Little Flock, La., to
Eula Rains and Sam Sanders.

  Survivors include two sons, Zane Salter and wife Marjorie of
Belmont, and Jerry Salter and wife Ann of Toledo Bend; one
daughter, Gloria Manning of Bossier; one sister, Evelyn Dayton of
Shreveport; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one
great-great grandchild.

  Mrs. Salter was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Salter;
two sons, Bobby D., and Dale Salter, and a granddaughter, Kaye
Salter.

  Pallbearers were Chris Salter, Bradley Salter, Kyle Salter, Cade
Salter, Michael Moreau, and Zane Ehrlinspiel.
