Investigating officer, State Trooper Jerry Rains, said it was assumed Sellers went to sleep at the wheel of his car. He ran straight into the guard rail of the San Miguel Bridge located on Hwy. 171, 6/10 miles north of Zwolle city limits. Sellers has already served a tour of duty in Vietnam. Funeral services were to be conducted Thursday, Oct. 26, at 2 p.m., at Bayou Scie Methodist Church, with the Rev. R. P. Butler, and the Rev. R. M. Harold officiating. Interment was to be in Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy D. Sellers of Zwolle; one sister, Mrs. Michael G. Pearce; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ada Maxwell of Zwolle.
