  Mr. Hillard Simpkins, 66, of Pleasant Hill died Friday, Dec. 24, 1999 in Pleasant
Hill. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27 at Spring Ridge in Pleasant
Hill. Services were under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
