Miss Clara Simpson

  Miss Clara Simpson, 77, of Many, died Saturday, March 31, at
11:30 p.m.

  Funeral services were held at the Calvary Baptist Church Monday,
April 2, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Wayne Reeves, and the Rev.
Glenn Lenier officiating. Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are five brothers, Johnny W., Hamp, James E. and H.
E., all of Many, and Aubrey E. Simpson of Shreveport; five
sisters, Mrs. Fred Flenniken, Mrs. Pinkye Mitchell, Mrs. Bessie
Bush, all of Many, Mrs. Beulah Mitchell, DeRidder, and Mrs.
Lurleine Adams of Pineville, and a number of nieces and nephews.
