Pearl Sampson

  Mrs. Pearl Sampson, 71, died Wednesday, in a DeRidder hospital.

  Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 12, in the St.
Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Chagnon officiating. Rosary
was said at 7 p.m., Thursday. Burial was in John the Baptist
Cemetery in Many, with Hixson Funeral Home in charge.

  Survivors include her husband, Paul Sampson of DeRidder; one
brother, R. L. Stephens of Woodville, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs.
Alice Gentry of Florien, Mrs. Eula Self of Zwolle, and Mrs. Lola
Hardy of Lakeview, Ark.
