Mr. Jerry Wayne Samples

  Mr. Jerry Wayne Samples, 52, died Saturday, June 30, at his
residence in Zwolle.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 4, at St. Joseph
Catholic Church, with interment following at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Father David Richter officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Phyllis Samples of Zwolle; his
father, Roy Haynie of Altus, Okla.; son, John Remedies of Zwolle;
three daughters, Charlotte Rivers of Zwolle, Claudia Saucier of
Baton Rouge, and Gerri L. Begeron of Fr. Worth, Texas; two
sisters, Dorothy Bence of Macon, Ga., and Donna M. Mortimer of
Altus, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews,
and friends.
