Mrs. Mamie Sims

  Mrs. Mamie Essie Sims, 81, of Mansfield, died in a Carthage,
Tex. Nursing home, after a brief illness.

  Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 2, in the
Drewett Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Alvon Hall officiating.
Burial was in the Grove Hill Cemetery.

  Survivors include two sons, Joe Sims of New Jersey, and John
Sims of Houston, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Ryan of
Carthage, Tex., Mrs. Marvin Smalley of Everett, Wash.; two
brothers, G. W. Aaron of Carthage, Tex., and Amos Aaron of
Orange, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Crane of Converse, and Mrs.
Chester LaGrone of Carthage, Tex.; ? grandchildren, and 12 great
grandchildren.
